Beirut, July 08 (QNA) - Lebanon's Health Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 4,320 fatalities and 12,203 injuries.

Lebanon and Israel had previously signed a US-brokered framework agreement that includes security arrangements and the redeployment of the Lebanese Army in the south, as well as measures to rebuild affected areas, revive the Lebanese economy, establish direct communication channels between the two sides, and implement confidence-building measures as a step toward lasting peace.
