Minister of Commerce and Industry Meets Emirati Ambassador

Doha, July 06 (QNA) - HE Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al-Thani met on Monday with HE Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Qatar Saeed Abdullah Al Qamzi. 

According to the Ministry's statement, the meeting discussed bilateral cooperation in terms of trade, investment, and industry, in addition to touching on topics of mutual interest.

The volume of trade exchange between Qatar and the UAE has reached USD 8.4 billion in 2025, marking a 10 percent increase compared to 2024, the Ministry said.

It added that Qatari exports have also exceeded USD 6.7 billion, while more than 624 Emirati companies are currently operating in the Qatari market, underscoring the strength of both countries' economic relations, as well as their promising prospects and growing momentum. (QNA)
