Real Estate Trading Volume Exceeds QAR 805 Million in Two Weeks

Doha, July 30 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from July 12 to 23, 2026, reached QAR 748,483,214.
Meanwhile, the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period reached QAR 56,955,573.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant land, residences, a commercial administrative building, residential buildings, commercial shops, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, in addition to areas of Lusail 69, The Pearl, Leqtaifiya, Al Kharaej, Ghar Thuaib, and Al Wukair.
The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department between June 28 - July 2 exceeded QAR 565 million. (QNA)
