Doha, July 20 (QNA) - Qatar's stock market closed higher on Monday, with the benchmark index gaining 128.95 points, or 1.30%, to finish at 10,083.79 points.

A total of 145.2 million shares were traded during the session, with a combined value of QR410.3m across 51,233 transactions covering all sectors.

Shares in 38 companies advanced, while nine declined and six closed unchanged.

Market capitalization rose to QR604.59bn at the close of trading, up from QR597.83bn in the previous session. (QNA)
