Doha, June 06 (QNA) - The Qatar Basketball Federation (QBA) will organize a workshop on sports integrity, in collaboration with the International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS).
To be held at 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum on Tuesday, the workshop will bring together Qatar's national basketball teams (men's, women's, U16 men's, and U16 women's) and club teams for a practical session focused on protecting the integrity of basketball in Qatar.
The workshop program is designed in accordance with the FIBA Code of Ethics and Integrity and the QBA Disciplinary Regulations 2026.
The workshop aims to safeguard the integrity of Qatari basketball by addressing the QBA's perspective on integrity and governance, the ICSS's rules and general frameworks, in addition to reviewing some lessons learned from real-life cases in various sports. (QNA)
