Kuwait, June 23 (QNA) - The Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC)آ has expressed its solidarity with the State of Qatar following an explosion incident at a factory in Ras Laffan Industrial City due to a technical malfunction during operation, which caused a number of casualties.
Secretary-General of OAPEC, Eng. Khalid Al Otaibi expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the State of Qatar and to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery. He also pointed out the efforts of the competent authorities in dealing with the incident. (QNA)
