Doha, June 23 (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call on Tuesday from HH President of the sisterly United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
At the beginning of the call, HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his condolences to HH the Amir following the accident that occurred at an industrial facility in Ras Laffan, while offering his deepest sympathies to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery, and affirming the UAE's support for and solidarity with the State of Qatar during this difficult time.
For his part, HH the Amir expressed his thanks and appreciation to HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his sincere sentiments and his expression of brotherly solidarity, commending the UAE's stance and its support for the State of Qatar.
During the call, they discussed the close fraternal relations between their two countries. (QNA)
