Doha, June 22 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani held a telephone call with HH Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud.

During the call, they discussed bilateral cooperation relations and ways to support and strengthen them. They also exchanged views on the latest regional developments, particularly diplomatic efforts to enhance security and stability in the region following the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

During the conversation, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed the State of Qatar's full support for the ongoing negotiations between the United States and Iran to reach sustainable solutions to outstanding issues through dialogue and peaceful means, thereby strengthening regional security, opening new horizons for cooperation, development, and prosperity, and achieving the common interests of the peoples of the region and the world.
