Kuwait City, June 10 (QNA) - HH Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and King Charles III of the United Kingdom discussed the relationship between the two countries on Wednesday.
This came during a telephone conversation, during which the two sides also addressed a range of issues of shared concern, as well as developments on the regional and global stages and the current conditions unfolding in the region.
Both sides shared perspectives on these developments and conditions, particularly with respect to the reprehensible Iranian attacks on Kuwaiti territory and airspace.
The British monarch expressed his vehement condemnation of these brazen attacks, which flagrantly breach the sovereignty of the State of Kuwait, international law, and the United Nations Charter.
He emphasized that his country stands side by side with the State of Kuwait and its people and fully backs all efforts and measures pursued by Kuwait to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and stability. (QNA)
