London, May 08 (QNA) - Crystal Palace reached the final of the UEFA Europa Conference League after defeating Shakhtar Donetsk 2-1 today in the second leg of the semi-final.
An own goal by Pedro Henrique in the 25th minute and a strike by Ismaila Sarr in the 52nd minute secured the win for Crystal Palace, while De Souza Lemos scored the Ukrainian side's consolation in the 34th minute.
With this result, Crystal Palace advanced 5-2 on aggregate after winning the first leg 3-1. Crystal Palace will now face Rayo Vallecano in the final scheduled for May 27 in Leipzig.
