Russia Downs 334 Ukrainian Drones Overnight

Moscow, May 03 (QNA) - The Russian Ministry of Defense announced Sunday that its air defense systems destroyed 334 Ukrainian drones overnight over several regions.

The ministry said in a statement that the drones were intercepted over several regions, including Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod, Oryol, Pskov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Tula, the Moscow region, and Crimea.

Since Feb. 24, 2022, Russia and Ukraine have issued near-daily reports on the course of the fighting and the affected areas. However, due to the ongoing war and the nature of the conflict, these statements cannot be independently verified. (QNA)
