Russia Urges Foreigners to Leave Kyiv
Moscow, May 25 (QNA) - Russia's Foreign Ministry has urged foreign nationals, including diplomatic staff, to leave Kyiv as soon as possible, warning residents to avoid military and administrative facilities.
In a statement, Moscow said it would carry out systematic strikes against decision-making centers and military infrastructure in Kyiv, including facilities linked to the design and production of drones used by Ukraine.
The announcement came a day after Russia said its forces had launched a large-scale strike on military targets across Ukraine, including command centers, air bases and defense industry facilities.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said he had instructed the Defense Ministry to prepare response measures following an attack on a student dormitory building in the Luhansk region.
Moscow said it continues to conduct strikes against military, energy and communications infrastructure in Ukraine. (QNA)
