Algeria, France Seek to Rebuild Trust, Mend Relations
Algeria, May 18 (QNA) - Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune discussed on Monday with French Justice Minister Gerald Darmanin mending bilateral ties and rebuilding mutual trust.
According to the Algeria Press Service, the meeting took place in the presence of several senior state officials.
Darmanin noted that the discussions focused on restoring relations following a two-year diplomatic chill.
He emphasized the ongoing efforts required by both nations to foster mutual respect and restore confidence after what he described as an extensive and productive dialogue with President Tebboune. (QNA)
