Doha, May 11 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Chairman of the Board of Regents of Qatar University (QU), chaired the fourth meeting of QU Board of Regents for the academic year 2025-2026, held at the Amiri Diwan on Monday morning.
At the outset of the meeting, the Board of Regents reviewed the accomplished decisions and recommendations taken in the third meeting for the academic year 2025-2026, then discussed the topics listed on the agenda and took appropriate decisions in their regard.
The Board also approved a proposal to amend the acceptance rate at QU starting from Fall 2027, and approved a proposal to restructure the Bachelor of Education program in general education. (QNA)
