LoginUAE Announces Return to In-Person Education in Schools and Universities Tomorrow
Abu Dhabi, May 10 (QNA) - The UAE Ministries of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Sunday the resumption of in-person learning for all students, teachers, and administrative staff in public and private schools, nurseries, and higher education institutions across the country, starting Monday.
The decision comes in light of ongoing monitoring of developments and coordination with relevant authorities to ensure the smooth continuation of the educational process and academic assessments.
The two ministries affirmed the commitment of educational institutions to implementing approved safety and security protocols and procedures to support the continuity of the educational process, while maintaining readiness to adopt alternative learning methods when required, based on developments and ongoing assessments.
They also confirmed continued coordination with educational institutions to ensure a smooth return to in-person learning, noting that any further updates will be announced through official channels.
The ministries had announced last week the shift to distance learning due to regional security developments. (QNA)
