Gaza, April 09 (QNA) - The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) bombed north and south of the Gaza Strip, and opened fire at civilians, murdering two Palestinians, including a child.

Palestinian medical sources reported that an israeli drone targeted and bombed the Bardawil area in Mawasi Rafah, south of Gaza, murdering a Palestinian.

The IOF opened fire in the city of Beit Lahiya, north of Gaza, murdering a child while she was studying inside an educational tent, the sources added.

The IOF continued bombing and raiding Gaza, as their tanks targeted the eastern areas of the Strip with heavy gunfire and artillery shelling.

The IOF murdered at least 72,315 Palestinian civilians and injured at least 172,137 others since the beginning of the genocide that the Israeli occupation has been committing against the Gaza Strip in October 2023.

The Israeli occupation continues to violate the "ceasefire" agreement that came into effect in October 2025, by continuously launching raids and air and artillery bombardments across the Gaza Strip. (QNA)
