Turkish President Discusses Regional, International Issues with Spanish Prime Minister
Ankara, April 7 (QNA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed bilateral relations and regional and international issues in a phone call on Tuesday with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.
This came in a statement issued by the Turkish Presidency's Directorate of Communications.
During the call, Erdogan said that the region will continue to yearn for peace as long as Israel's violations of international law in the Gaza Strip and elsewhere are not addressed.
He also noted that Turkiye believes it is important for the international community to take peace initiatives seriously and to revive negotiations to end the Russian-Ukrainian war. (QNA)
