Israeli Occupation Forces Arrest 10 Palestinians in West Bank
Occupied Jerusalem, April 06 (QNA) - Israeli occupation forces arrested 10 Palestinians on Monday in a campaign of arrests targeting various areas across the West Bank.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that occupation forces arrested five Palestinians from the city of Qalqilya and another from the town of Burqa, northwest of Nablus, after raiding and searching their homes.
Two young men were also arrested from Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, along with others from northern Tulkarm and the city of Jericho, all of whom had their homes stormed and searched.
The Israeli occupation continues to expand its repressive and settlement practices across the occupied territories by carrying out raids and home invasions, arresting residents, and through its unlawful legitimization of settlers committing violations against Palestinians. This includes the seizure of residents’ property and land without legal justification, and support for settlement projects through the construction of random outposts to advance plans aimed at acquiring as much Palestinian land as possible and consolidating control over it, without any intervention to prevent these violations that contravene international laws and conventions.
