UAE: Fires at Petrochemical Plant Caused by Debris Brought Under Control, No Injuries Reported

Abu Dhabi, April 05 (QNA) - UAE authorities announced on Sunday that fires at a petrochemical plant, caused by falling debris, have been brought under control with no reported injuries.
Abu Dhabi Media Office stated that, as part of ongoing follow-up to previously reported incident at Borouge petrochemical plant, resulting from debris following a successful interception by air defense systems, three fires broke out without causing any injuries, though damage to the site was recorded and is currently being assessed.
The office added that emergency response teams acted swiftly and efficiently to contain the situation, and the fires have since been brought under control. (QNA)
