One Killed, Four Injured in Russian Airstrikes on Ukraine’s Sumy City
Kyiv, April 28 (QNA) – One person was killed and four others were injured in Russian airstrikes targeting the city of Sumy in Ukraine over the past 24 hours.
According to Ukrainian news agency (Ukrinform), Sumy was hit by 19 airstrikes carried out by Russian forces, resulting in one death and four injuries, as well as damage to several buildings and residential facilities.
Since Feb. 24, 2022, Russia and Ukraine have issued near-daily reports on the course of the fighting and the affected areas. However, due to the ongoing war and the nature of the conflict, these statements cannot be independently verified. (QNA)
