Islamabad, April 22 (QNA) - Pakistani Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar held a phone call on Wednesday with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, during which they discussed the latest developments in the region.

The Associated Press of Pakistan reported that both sides emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomatic engagement to achieve lasting peace in the region.

For his part, the Saudi foreign minister affirmed Saudi Arabia's full support for Pakistan's ongoing efforts in this regard. (QNA)
