Doha, April 22 (QNA) - The Jadha'a camels’ race (3-4 years old) continued Wednesday on the fifth day of the Annual Purebred Arabian Camel Racing Festival for the Sword of HH the Amir, held at Al Sheehaniya and Lebsair tracks with wide GCC participation.

The day's competitions were strong, featuring 55 Jadha'a races (general category) over 6 kilometers across morning and evening sessions, including six silver trophies.

In the morning session, Nawa and Madmak claimed the main Qatar Production titles, while Shath recorded the fastest time of 9:02:82 minutes.

The evening session saw the awarding of six silver symbols, as Al Rabaa, Fal, and Jood secured the main Bakar titles, each winning a silver shalfa and QR 1.5 million.

In the Qa'dan races, Marmoush, Hamloul, and Muthhil captured the top titles, each earning a silver traditional dagger (khanjar) and QR 1 million, with Hamloul recording the best evening time of 8:56:87 minutes. (QNA)
