Gaza, April 21 (QNA) - Two Palestinians were martyred on Tuesday as Israeli occupation forces continued attacks targeting various areas across the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that one person was martyred in an Israeli drone strike near the Sheikh Nasser neighborhood, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

In the northern Gaza Strip, a woman was martyred by Israeli gunfire in Beit Lahia.

The death toll since early Tuesday has risen to three, after a child succumbed to critical gunshot wounds sustained earlier from Israeli occupation forces.

Over the past 24 hours, seven Palestinians have been martyred and 21 others injured.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, a total of 784 Palestinians have been killed and 2,214 others wounded since the ceasefire agreement was reached in the Gaza Strip last October. (QNA)
