QNA Concludes Training Course on Video Filming, Montage
Doha, April 16 (QNA) - Qatar News Agency (QNA) concluded on Thursday a five-day training course on video filming and montage, as part of QNA Training Center's 2026 training plan, with the participation of media professionals from the agency and several government bodies.
Represented by photography and montage expert at QNA, Anwar bin Ammar, the course aimed to develop participants' skills in producing visual content according to professional standards, by introducing them to modern photography techniques and methods of producing visual materials in line with the requirements of media work, in addition to enhancing their capabilities in field work and refining their visual storytelling skills through specialized practical applications.
The training course included theoretical and practical components, such as introducing photography equipment like cameras and lenses, as well as the basics of lightning and how to use it, in addition to reviewing the different types of photography and their uses in media work.
The course also included montage (video editing) skills using various applications, with a focus on choosing the right tools for each type of content, along with color correction and image quality improvement techniques, in addition to the principles of art direction and building an integrated visual story.
At the end of course, certificates were handed out to the participants. (QNA)
