Death Toll from Israeli Aggression on Lebanon Rises to 2,164, with 7,061 Wounded

Beirut, April 15 (QNA) - The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced Wednesday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression against the country, which began on March 2, has risen to 2,164, with 7,061 wounded.

The Ministry's Health Emergency Operations Center stated in a press release that additional casualties were recorded in a new series of Israeli airstrikes targeting towns and other facilities in southern Lebanon, bringing the total number of victims to 2,164 dead and 7,061 wounded.

In a related development, the Israeli occupation intensified its airstrikes and artillery shelling on towns and villages in southern Lebanon, resulting in further casualties.

The latest victims were four paramedics killed in a bombing that targeted the town of Mefdoun in southern Lebanon. (QNA)
