Doha, April 13 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index rose by 0.25% at the start of Monday’s trading, gaining 26.65 points to reach 10,656 points, compared to the previous session’s close, supported by most sectors.

Figures from QSE showed positive performance across most sectors. The Industrials sector rose by 0.44%, Telecoms (+0.41%), Banks and Financial Services (+0.36%), Consumer Goods and Services (+0.26%), Real Estate (+0.09%), and Insurance (+0.05%). In contrast, Transport had a negative performance of -0.15%.  

By 10:00 am, trading turnover reached QAR 93.079 million, with 41.134 million shares traded in 6,932 transactions. (QNA)
