Doha, April 01 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index opened higher on Wednesday, gaining 173.25 points, or 1.70%, to reach 10,361 points, compared to the previous session's close, supported by all sectors.
Market data showed gains in the Telecoms sector by (+2.83%), Industrials (+2.20%), Real Estate (+1.93%), Banks and Financial Services (+1.65%), Consumer Goods and Services (1.34%), Transportation (+1.28), and Insurance (+1.28%).
By 10:00 am, trading turnover reached QAR 135.913 million, with 60.009 million shares traded in 6,898 transactions. (QNA)
