Blaze at Kuwait Airport Fuel Tanks Brought Under Control
Kuwait City, March 08 (QNA) - Fire crews in Kuwait have brought a blaze under control at two fuel tanks at Kuwait International Airport, following what authorities described as a targeted hostile attack.
Spokesman for Kuwait's General Fire Force, Brigadier General Mohammed Al Ghareeb told reporters the targeted tanks are operated by the Kuwait Aviation Fuelling Company (KAFCO). He added that there was limited damage to the property with no casualties reported.
He praised the firefighting teams' speed and readiness in managing the incident immediately after receiving the alert. (QNA)
