Kuwait, March 07 (QNA) - HH the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah and HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan discussed the latest regional and international developments and exchanged views on the current situation in the Middle East, during a phone call on Saturday.
According to the Kuwait News Agency, the call addressed the Iranian attacks on the territories of Kuwait and the UAE and their airspaces.
During the call, the two sides reiterated their strong condemnation and denunciation of this blatant aggression, which constitutes a clear violation of the sovereignty of both countries, international law, and the United Nations Charter, deeming it a dangerous escalation that threatens regional security and stability.
They also affirmed the mobilization of all their capabilities and resources to safeguard both Kuwait and the UAE's security and stability, stressing the need for an immediate halt to escalatory actions and a return to dialogue and diplomatic solutions. (QNA)
