Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior: 10 Reports of Falling Shrapnel from Defensive Interceptions Responded To
Kuwait, March 31 (QNA) - The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced Tuesday that its Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) teams responded to 10 reports of falling shrapnel from defensive interception operations in the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated that the total number of reports received since the beginning of the aggression has reached 616.
Brigadier General Nasser Bouslaib, Director General of the General Department of Public Relations and Security Media and spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, said that one siren was activated in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of sirens activated since the beginning of the aggression to 159.
He emphasized that the deployment of security checkpoints, particularly in vital and commercial areas, is part of precautionary and organizational measures aimed at maintaining security, enhancing public safety, and raising the level of security preparedness in various areas. (QNA)
