Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs Meets Singapore's Minister of Manpower

Doha, March 30 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed met via videoconferencing on Monday with HE Minister of Manpower and Minister in Charge of Energy, Science and Technology at the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Singapore Dr. Tan See Leng.

During the meeting, they discussed the current situation in the region and the world, and the challenges it poses to the economy and international trade, particularly with regard to global supply chains.

They also explored ways to enhance the resilience and sustainability of these chains to contribute to the stability of global trade.

The two sides also reviewed trade and investment cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Singapore and ways to develop it in a manner that serves the common interests of both countries. (QNA)
