Israeli Strikes in Southern Lebanon Kill Paramedics, Cause Major Damage
Beirut, March 28 (QNA) - Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling hit several towns in southern Lebanon on Saturday, causing casualties and widespread destruction, according to Lebanese state media.
Several paramedics were reported killed, particularly in the Nabatieh district, though exact figures remain unclear.
Earlier, Lebanon's Health Ministry said an Israeli strike targeted an ambulance in the town of Kfartabnit, killing emergency responders and injuring others.
The ministry added that at least 42 paramedics have been killed in Israeli attacks since March 2. (QNA)
