Kuwaiti Prime Minister Receives Phone Call from Lebanese Counterpart

Kuwait, March 26 (QNA) - HH Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received a phone call Thursday from his Lebanese counterpart, Nawaf Salam, during which he expressed his strong condemnation of the terrorist plot targeting the State of Kuwait, affirming his country's full solidarity with the measures taken to preserve its security and stability.

The Lebanese Prime Minister also emphasized the deep-rooted and historical bilateral relations between the two countries, expressing Lebanon's condemnation of the attacks targeting the State of Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, which threaten peace efforts in the region.

For his part, HH the Kuwaiti Prime Minister expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Lebanese Prime Minister for his supportive stance towards the State of Kuwait and for all measures taken to protect its security and preserve its sovereignty. (QNA)
