Kuwait, March 26 (QNA) - The Kuwait National Guard announced Thursday that its duty force has downed 46 drones and six unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) since the beginning of the Iranian aggression against the country.

Brigadier General Jadaan Fadhel, the official spokesperson for the Kuwait National Guard, explained in a statement that the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit of the Engineering Battalion had dealt with 42 reports of missile remnants and shrapnel in various locations since the beginning of the aggression, contributing to enhancing public safety and protecting lives and property.

He noted that the Kuwait National Guard possesses advanced equipment for monitoring radiological and chemical conditions, providing continuous readings, detecting any hazards, and providing early warnings to the relevant authorities through a 24/7 hotline. (QNA)
