Amman, March 25 (QNA) - Iran has launched standoff attacks using five projectiles and one drone on Jordanian territory over the past 24 hours, the army said.

Jordan's Military Media Directorate at the General Command added that five projectiles and drones were intercepted, though one projectile was missed.

The Public Security Directorate stated that security units handled 15 incidents of falling debris and bomblets over the past 24 hours, adding that essential measures have been taken to manage debris resulting from missiles and drones.

No casualties were reported, only material damage occurred, it noted, reiterating its request for the public to remain cautious and never approach or tamper with menacing objects or shrapnel.

It stressed the importance of following the guidelines issued by official authorities. (QNA)
