European Stocks Open Higher
Brussels, March 24 (QNA) - European stock indices opened slightly higher Tuesday, amid uncertainty surrounding the conflict in the Middle East, which kept Brent crude oil prices above $100 a barrel.
The pan-European Stoxx Europe 600 index opened up by about 0.3%, reaching approximately 578.45 points.
Among the major markets, France's CAC 40 index in Paris rose by 0.58%, while Germany's DAX index in Frankfurt climbed by 0.29%.
The Britain's FTSE 100 gained 0.37%, and Italy's MIB rose 0.34%. (QNA)
