HMC Confirms Full Range of Services Operating Across Its Hospital Network

Doha, March 02 (QNA) - Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) announced that it continues to operate a full range of emergency and routine services across its hospital network.

The Corporation said that all outpatient clinics are running as scheduled, adding that patients who wish to reschedule an existing outpatient appointment can do so conveniently through HMC's Lbaih mobile application www.hamad.qa/lbaih.

In addition, HMC provides a range of specialist helplines, enabling patients to access expert medical advice from the comfort of their homes, these are:

Urgent Consultation Service: A telephone-based medical consultation service that enables patients to speak directly with a physician about urgent health concerns without visiting a hospital. The service is Available Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 3pm, and is accessible by Calling 16000, Selecting option 3, and Selecting 1 for urgent medical consultation.

Diabetes Hotline: A dedicated hotline providing medical advice and support for people living with diabetes, available Sunday to Thursday, 7am to 3pm. The service is accessible by Calling 16099 and Selecting option 4.

Mental Health Helpline: A free and confidential helpline providing psychological support, guidance and information for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns. Currently operating 8am to 8pm daily until further notice and is accessible by Calling 16000 and Selecting option 4.

RAHA National Alzheimer's and Memory Services Helpline: A confidential support line for individuals aged 60 and above living with Alzheimer's disease, memory loss or other forms of dementia, as well as their caregivers. Available Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 3pm, by Calling 4026 2222.

Pediatric Emergency Center Hotline: A 24/7 hotline providing parents and caregivers with professional guidance and medical advice regarding pediatric emergencies and urgent health concerns. The Hotline is Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via calling 4439 6066.

Clinical Imaging Call Center: For any booking inquiries or rescheduling of clinical imaging appointments at HMC. Available Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm.

The Center is accessible by Calling 16060 24/7 or text a message through WhatsApp on 44393377.

Therapeutic Dietetics and Nutrition Services: Provides medical nutrition services to registered patients. Available Sunday to Thursday, from 8am to 1pm, via Calling 16060, Selecting the language, Selecting 4 for Therapeutic Dietetics and Nutrition Services, and Selecting 1 to follow up on orders for Dietary Supplements.

HMC's Medication Delivery Service: A prescription refill and home delivery service available via the Lbaih mobile app. Patients with existing prescriptions can reorder medication and have it delivered to their home for a small fee.

The Service is accessible by Downloading the Lbaih mobile app (available on iOS and Android), Logging in using your credentials, Selecting the medication reorder option and arrange home delivery OR by Calling 16000, Selecting option 3, Selecting 2 for pharmacy. Available Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 1pm until further notice. (QNA)
