Doha, March 02 (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received on Monday a phone call from HE President of the Republic of Kosovo Dr. Vjosa Osmani Sadriu.

During the call, HE the President of the Republic of Kosovo inquired about the situation in the State of Qatar following the Iranian aggression, voicing her condemnation of the Iranian aggression and affirming Kosovo's full solidarity with the State of Qatar in all measures it may take to protect its sovereignty, security, and stability.

HE the President also expressed her gratitude to the State of Qatar for its continued support for Kosovo.

In turn, HH the Amir voiced his thanks and appreciation for these feelings and the solidarity shown by HE the President, commending the close cooperative relations between the two countries.

Both sides stressed the importance of working toward de-escalating the situation and prioritizing the diplomatic track and political dialogue as a means to contain the crisis and preserve the region's security and stability. (QNA)
