Jordan Reports 259 Cases of Falling Debris amid Regional Military Escalation

Amman, March 11 (QNA) - The Jordanian Public Security Directorate has reported that civil defense and police personnel have handled 259 reports of incidents arising from falling objects and debris in most governorates of the country since Feb. 28, 2026, and up to today.

A statement by the Directorate indicated that there have been no new casualties related to the military escalation unfolding in the region. It called on citizens to adhere to its guidelines and those of the relevant authorities.

The statement reiterated that under no circumstances should individuals approach any suspicious objects, as they pose an extreme threat to their safety. (QNA)
