Russia Shoots Down 17 Ukrainian Drones over Various Regions
Moscow, February 26 (QNA) The Russian Ministry of Defense announced Thursday that its air defense forces shot down 17 Ukrainian drones overnight over various regions.
The Ministry said in a statement that seven drones were shot down over the Bryansk Oblast, four over the Tula, two over Kaluga, one each over Belgorod and Voronezh, and one each over the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
Since the beginning of their conflict on Feb. 24, 2022, Russia and Ukraine have been exchanging almost daily reports claiming to have repelled attacks from the other side, without independent verification of these claims due to the ongoing war. (QNA)
