Palestinian Child Killed in Latest Israeli Violation of Gaza Ceasefire Agreement
Gaza, February 17 (QNA) - The Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, engaging in shelling and flattening of homes across different parts of the enclave, resulting in the killing of a child, as well as the injury and detention of others.
According to medical sources, a Palestinian was wounded by Israeli occupation fire in Jabalia Al‑Balad, northern Gaza Strip, while another civilian was injured after an Israeli drone dropped a bomb on a group of civilians in the Al‑Maghraqa area, central Gaza.
The occupation navy forces arrested Palestinian fishermen in Gaza City, while artillery and fighter jet projectiles pounded homes in Khan Younis, Rafah, and other areas in the northern enclave.
The latest toll of victims from the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 72,063 fatalities and 171,726 injuries. (QNA)
