Cairo, February 1 (QNA) - Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a phone call today to discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations in addition to other issues of common interest.

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry stated in a press release that Abdelatty emphasized during the call the shared commitment to further developing and enhancing bilateral relations across various fields.

The two sides agreed on the importance of continued close consultation and coordination in the coming period regarding various regional and international issues of mutual concern, in order to contribute to supporting security and stability in the region and strengthening joint Arab action. (QNA)
