Doha, November 03 (QNA) - Qatar Museums' Teen Hub has partnered with Earthna Center to launch Youth Fest 2026, bringing together over 35 partners and sponsors and more than 120 local community contributors at the Teen Hub in the Expo Building at Al Bidda Park from November 5 to 7.
The second edition will bring together young people and organizations to exchange ideas, develop skills, network and explore opportunities.
It will feature contributors from education, arts and culture, sustainability, health, technology and gaming, sports, entrepreneurship and youth development. Targeting primarily those aged 13 to 19, the festival also welcomes families and the wider community.
Held during Qatar Sustainability Week, the festival will provide a youth-focused platform highlighting sustainability issues relevant to young people.
Led by Earthna, Qatar Sustainability Week brings together institutions, organizations, businesses and community members through sustainability-focused events and activities.
Teen Hub Director Abdulrahman Al Ishaq said the festival's expansion reflects Qatar's growing commitment to creating opportunities for young people, highlighting not only the number of participating organizations and contributors but also young people's active roles as creators, artists, entrepreneurs, volunteers and leaders.
Earthna Executive Director Dr. Gonzalo Castro de la Mata said the festival offers young people a platform to exchange ideas, develop skills and play an active role in Qatar Sustainability Week, adding that they have valuable perspectives on sustainability challenges affecting their lives. (QNA)
