Beirut, October 30 (QNA) - Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health said Friday that the death toll from Israeli attacks since October 8, 2023, has risen to 8,956, with 30,664 injured.
The Ministry's Emergency Operations Center said casualties since March 2, 2026, reached 4,389 killed and 12,428 injured.
Lebanon and Israel signed a US-brokered framework agreement on June 26, providing for the gradual deployment of the Lebanese Army in the south and the withdrawal of Israeli forces to facilitate residents' return and reconstruction. 
However, Israeli forces continue to violate the agreement through airstrikes, shelling and military incursions. (QNA)
