Doha, October 25 (QNA) - Doha Bank has announced successfully pricing a USD 500 million 5-year senior unsecured bond under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Program.

The notes were issued by Doha Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank, and are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Doha Bank.

A statement issued by the bank and published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website (QSE) on Sunday indicated that this transaction is the Bank's first public issuance under the EMTN Program since shareholders approved, at the General Assembly in April 2026, an increase in the program limit from USD 3 billion to USD 4.25 billion.

The bank priced the bonds with a 6.25 percent coupon at a spread of 140 basis points over US Treasuries, supported by regional demand. (QNA)
