One Killed, Two Injured in Russian Shelling Targeting Kyiv
Kyiv, October 19 (QNA) — Ukrainian authorities announced Monday that one person was killed and two others were injured in a Russian attack targeting the capital, Kyiv.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated on Telegram that a Russian air strike resulted in the death of one person and left two others injured in the Ukrainian capital overnight.
He added that the attack caused damage to a medical facility and a non-residential building.
These developments come amid ongoing reciprocal attacks between Russia and Ukraine, which have persisted since the outbreak of the war in February 2022, with no comprehensive political settlement reached to end the conflict. (QNA)
