Doha, June 29 (QNA) – Qatar SC announced today the signing of Comorian international Faiz Selemani, who joins the team from Saudi Arabia's Al-Riyadh SC.

Selemani, a winger by position, previously played for several clubs, most notably Al-Hazem and Al-Riyadh in Saudi Arabia between 2023 and 2025.

This signing comes as part of Qatar SC's efforts to bolster its squad during the current summer transfer window, following the appointment of Spanish coach Marquez Lopez as head coach, succeeding Moroccan tactician Youssef Safri.

The club has already secured the services of three foreign professionals: Argentine defender Francisco Russo, Czech midfielder Lukas Cerv, and Brazilian striker Joao Pedro.

Qatar SC concluded the 2024–2025 Qatari football league season in 10th place. (QNA)
