Doha, June 23 (QNA) - Al Sailiya SC President, Dr. Mohammed Ali Al Marri affirmed the club's aspiration to remain in the Qatar Stars League (QSL) for the 2025–2026 season, having been promoted from the second division last season.

Speaking on the sidelines of the club’s general assembly meeting on Sunday, Dr. Al Marri stated that the club’s management is fully aware of the challenges that lie ahead, particularly given the league's strength and competitiveness. He emphasized that everyone involved is committed to putting in their utmost effort to ensure that the team is fully prepared.

The President of Al Sailiya SC said that the club’s management has renewed its confidence in head coach  Merghani Al Zain, who will continue leading the team in the upcoming season alongside his coaching staff.

This decision comes in recognition of the technical team's outstanding professionalism and dedication, which played a key role in Al Sailiya SC's promotion to the top division, Dr. Al Marri added. (QNA)
