Occupied Jerusalem, June 22 (QNA) - At least 27 people were injured, two of them seriously, in a new wave of Iranian missile strikes that targeted large areas inside the Israeli entity Sunday morning.

Hebrew media sources reported that about 20 people were still trapped under the rubble at the site of a direct hit in the Ness Ziona area, south of Tel Aviv.

A missile landed in the city of Haifa before the sirens were activated, the sources added.

The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced this morning the launch of the 20th wave of Operation True Promise-III in response to the Israeli attack.

This Iranian attack came hours after the United States announced airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities. (QNA)
