Ankara, May 08 (QNA) - Turkish Chief of the General Staff, General Metin Gurak met Thursday with his Egyptian counterpart, Lieutenant General Ahmed Fathi Ibrahim Khalifa, who is visiting Ankara. They discussed several topics pertinent to strengthening cooperation and military relations between the two countries' armed forces.

During the meeting, the two sides also reviewed developments in the Middle East and their repercussions at the regional and international levels. (QNA)
